He's a very kind snail
This past weekend we went to Dorset along the coast. We stopped in a village bordering the Lulworth Cove. The pebbly cove is lovely, but the kids were already spoiled by the spotless satin smooth beaches around Bournemouth, so we took a break at one of the Dorset ice cream parlors before heading off to pursue other sandy beaches - and rescued few snails (or rather, contributed to ruining people's gardens by strategically placing lots of little snails on juicy lettuce leaves).
Another nice discovery in the region was Wareham, which is worth a stop for its nice village atmosphere, chain-free high street, and the Wareham Forest.

The snail, the nature, it reminds me of my child hood a lot. Have fun Rio and Ila, and see all of you soon in NY. Hopefully you will be able to have fun with both of us: Oma and me. Love, your grandma.
